SELA SCUBA

We are a NAUI Platinum Pro Dive Center. If you are looking for SCUBA certification in New Orleans or Baton Rouge, you've come to the right place! Our focus is recreational SCUBA training and group dive travel. We organize trips for students, certified divers, and non-diver family/friends.

A division of SELA Aquatics, we specialize in small group classes and personal attention as you progress in your SCUBA diving journey. We offer NAUI SCUBA classes ranging from entry-level Open Water Diver classes to continuing education courses including Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and Divemaster, and more. We also offer refresher courses if you are already certified but it's been awhile since your last dive. NAUI certifications are recognized and respected worldwide. 

 

We hold SCUBA classes at training sites in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. In Baton Rouge, most classes are at Mirabeau Park Aquatic Club, a heated outdoor pool. In New Orleans, we primarily use UNO Aquatic Center, which is a heated indoor pool.​ Private classes are also available and can be scheduled at times convenient to you and the instructor.

We lead group dive trips to worldwide destinations, both land-based and liveaboards. Check out our current trips to Cozumel, Mexico and to Fiji!
